TERMS & CONDITIONS

General


By booking an appointment or purchasing any services from Mimara Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Cancellations


  • A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or forfeiture of your booking fee.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened to avoid disrupting other bookings.

2. Age Restrictions


Clients must be 18 years or older for injectable or fat-dissolving treatments. Proof of ID may be requested.

3. Medical Conditions


  • You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
  • Mimara Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Results & Aftercare


  • Results vary by individual. No guarantee is made regarding the outcome of any treatment.
  • You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided and understand that failure to do so may affect your results.


5. Refunds


  • Treatments and booking fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
  • Package payments are also non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of the clinic.

6. Photography & Consent


  • Before and after photos may be taken with your consent for documentation and promotional purposes.
  • Your personal details and images will never be shared without your permission.

7. Right to Refuse Service


Mimara Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behaviour or failure to follow the clinic's policies.
